TERMS AND CONDITIONS Welcome to iRepair Mobile Indy LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services We offer repair services for mobile devices of all brands, including (but not limited to) broken screen repair, water damage repair, battery replacement, speaker repair, antenna repair, power button repair, charging port repair, software optimization, glass installation, and laptop screen replacement.

Warranty Our repairs are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the service date. This warranty covers only the replaced components and the work performed. The warranty will be void if any physical damage, water damage, or non-iRepair Mobile Indy LLC parts are present on the device.

Liability We are not responsible for data loss on your device. It is your responsibility to back up all data prior to service. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages that may occur.

Payments Full payment is required upon delivery of the repaired device. We accept payments via cash, card, tap, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Dispute Resolution In the event of any disputes arising from the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Indiana before pursuing legal action in court.

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indiana courts.

Cancellation and Modification Policies Customers may cancel or modify service appointments with reasonable notice. Cancellation policies, including any fees or deadlines, will be communicated at the time of service scheduling.

Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the repair services, including but not limited to loss of data or additional device issues.

Entire Agreement and Severability These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and iRepair Mobile Indy LLC. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Customer Responsibilities It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all device data prior to service. You must also provide accurate information regarding the device and its issues. Failure to do so may affect the repair outcome or warranty.

Acceptance of Terms By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Unclaimed Devices If a repaired device remains unclaimed for 30 days from the date of repair completion, and if the customer does not respond to our calls or contact us to arrange pickup, iRepair Mobile Indy LLC reserves the right to recycle the device without further notice.

By accepting our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Any unclaimed device may be recycled.
- iRepair Mobile Indy LLC shall not be held liable for the loss of the device or any associated data.
- You forfeit all rights to the device once this period has passed.
